I have integrated a video into a post using the below shortcode

[x_video_player type="16:9" m4v="/wp-content/uploads/video/aodi-sizzle-video-v-2.mp4" poster="/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/ishot-23.jpg"]

The page can be found here

When the page loads the controls disappear immediately. I have disabled plugins to no avail. Can you offer some guidance?

Let’s try with a valid video path. Also you should use the Embedded Video element instead of shortcode if you are using Cornerstone.
