    I have been using and they were previously showing. Now it disappeared and when I tried to deactivate discuss to revert back to the standard WordPress comments they still aren’t showing up. Might you be of assistance?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    I have tried to switch to a default theme but the comments still doesn’t show. So it’s not related to X rather something else preventing the comments. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    I have just tried this and went through every plugin, none of these resolved the issues. What next?

    Hi there,

    Not sure what happened but I can assure it’s not causing by X as it’s same with default themes as well. You can try re-installing WordPress if that helps – http://prntscr.com/cyuc3u

    I just reinstalled WordPress and no luck. Any other suggestions?

    Hi there,

    Upon checking Setting -> Discussion, I noticed that you’ve checked the box to close comments on articles older than 1 days. So I unchecked the box and comment is appearing fine now.
