    I know this question ha probably been asked 100000000 times and I have follow the direction on many of them bu I cannot seem to get the results I want. I wanted to change the light box color on my website to red. I have changed the css but the only time it turns red is when I actually click on the image not scroll over. Attached is the snippets of CSS i”ve tried changing.

    What did I miss?
