SprowtMaltParticipantHello,
I’m trying to have a picture fully take up 1/2 of the screen at 2 different locations on my home page. I’ve been trying to alter margins/padding, and have looked all throughout cornerstone, and the forums, but I can’t figure it out.
My url is: http://www.sprowtmalt.com. WordPress 4.5.4, x 4.5.2, cornerstone 1.3.0
One picture is against the blue background, and there is a section of blue below the picture I want to get rid of, or have the picture fully take it up.
The other picture is against the yellow background, and there is yellow above and below it that i want gone or replaced by the picture.
X/cornerstone has been really great to use, so far!
Thanks,
Christopher

RadModeratorHi there,
How about changing it to rev. slider? Then toggle on the respect aspect ratio option. It will then stay on its height whatever the device it’s viewed in.
The problem with the section is, the height grows depending on screen size or device. And it will be harder to maintain.
For example, the grid size is 1500×750, with aspect ration respected, it may become 768×384 (50% of the width) on a tablet. You can also utilize the custom grid if you wish to create different size and aspect ratio on each device.
Thanks!
