Hello,

I have two problems:
1. after updating (or doing something else wrong), my main page doesn’t load anymore (http://www.growyourself.be).
2. I cannot edit my pages with cornerstone. Cornerstone doesn’t seem to load, the cornerstone image keeps on turning.

Subpage still load when using the adress http://www.growyourself.be/demo-home/personalcoaching/, but I cannot edit it with cornerstone.

Pleas let me know if you need any additional information to solve these problems. Thanks in advance!

I did not migrate. The website is hosted at one.com and I did not change the domain.

Hey There,

Please backup your site and try to install and run Transient Cleaner (https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/).

1. Install Transient Cleaner
2. Navigate Dashboard > Tools > Transients
3. Set Clear Expired Transients > Enable
4. Select Run Now
5. Set Remove All Transients > Enable
6. Set Remove All Transients > Optimize Afterwards
7. Set Remove All Transients > Clean Now
8. Save Changes
9. Recheck your Cornerstone for functionality

If you have this problem with few page, you can import their template and export them to new pages to fix this.

Hello,

I followed the steps as you described but I see no change.
When loading the page ‘growyourself.be’ with cornerstone, I see a blank screen that keeps loading.
When loading the page ‘personal coaching’ with cornerstone, I see the cornerstone logo that keeps turning.

The page ‘personal coaching’ can be viewed when using the link ‘http://www.growyourself.be/demo-home/personalcoaching/’
The page ‘growyourself.be’, which is my main page, cannot be viewed even when clicking on the ‘view page’ link.

Do you have any further advice?

When I set a chosen page in wordpress>reading>as main page, the page cannot be viewed/loaded. The page growyourself.be/demo-home can now be viewed again when set as ‘normal page’.
Cornerstone still doesn’t load.

Your WordPress URL is http://web.growyourself.be and Site URL is http://www.growyourself.be. They should be the same. Please have a web developer correct the setup for you.
