    Hello,

    I’m running X with Gravity forms and cannot work out why neither Mailchimp add-ons work.

    X theme – Wont take the API key, the window API window refreshes and is blank after entering the key and pressing update.
    GF – The Gf settings tab for mailchimp are blank.

    OS: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (VPS with ovh.com)
    WP: 4.6.1
    GF: 2.1.1

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Which API Key isn’t working? If both X’s Mailchimp and Graviform’s Mailchimp aren’t working or validating, then it’s probably between your hosting and Mailchimp server, and the two has the connectivity issue.

    Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? I may able to check some error logs.

    You might be right. When contacting the VPS provider am I asking if there is a security / firewall problem between my host and some api mailchimp url?

    apt-get install php5-curl
    then
    service apache2 restart
