KodwoeParticipantI tried to install mailchimp plug in from add on, it does not get installed. When it says installed and go activate it does not show up in installed plug ins on local host.
Then I tried it on production server, it gets installed , but does not show settings. Only shows activate/deactivate and edit options.September 19, 2016 at 7:23 am #1181269
DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Would you mind providing us with login credentials for your production server? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Upon Checking your website, the plugin is on your list of installed plugins.
X – Email Forms (MailChimp)
Also if you hover over Addons you will see : Email Forms, you will access this tab to adjust your plugins settings.
Hope that helps
Joao

JoaoModeratorHi,
It should show work. It is hard for us to identify the problem since we cannot have access to your site.
I believe the easiest way for you would be use a place holder at the moment and install it once your site goes live since you are facing a problem, if you face problems with your online site we will be able to help.
Hope that helps,
Joao
