I’ve been through the knowledge base and can’t seem to figure out the solution to my “We’re sorry! Something went wrong. We were unable to add your email to the list. Please try again later.” problem on my email form. I created a new form using the default settings in the hopes that it would correct the issue.

Thought it might be a problem with the websites ability to generate an email (no email address or something along those line) but couldn’t find where this information is held so I could check it.

Obviously a web noob – so be gentle!

Are you referring to the modal(pop up) subscription form?

It seems to have worked on my end.

No – my apologies, we meant to turn that off. There is an email form at the end of http://beautytoolbox.com/lp_broken/ that is broken.

Can you please check that?

Hi there,

You can edit that section in Cornerstone and add the flag mailto inside href.

Uggh,

The MailChimp form had been removed from the page prior to you visiting it. Please take a look at the page again as we just added the MailChimp form back that gives us the error “We’re sorry! Something went wrong. We were unable to add your email to the list. Please try again later.”

Upon testing your mailchimp subscription form I got the message :

“Thank you for your interest in Beauty ToolBox!”

Can you check if you got a subscription of [email protected]

Also please clean your browser cache and test it again on your end.
