Jeremy PParticipantIs it possible to insert these fields into the X mailchimp addon so that subscribers can be segmented?

RahulModeratorHey there,
That would not be possible with the addon as of now so you might want to use the default mailchimp setup for that.
We can definitely add this in our feature requests.
Thanks

Jeremy PParticipantThanks, you’re not alone in not having this feature, I’m amazed at how few email capture plugins seem to have it. According to MailChimp using one list per business, with segments, is the only recommended way to organize emails, whereas all these plugins force you to use different lists.
Just to clarify, what do you mean by the “default mailchimp setup?” Inserting the html code supplied by mailchimp?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Yes, the code from Malchimp. So instead of using X mailchimp addon, you can make use of the plugins endorsed by Mailchimp. You can find it here:

ngoekeParticipantAre you working on this, by any chance?
It’s a HUGE pain that keeps popping up over and over again with dozens of plugins. Would love an easy fix for this.

Paul RModeratorHi,
This is something we have added to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive. Thanks!
