janwillemroeloffsParticipantHi there,
Hello,
I installed the Mailchimp plugin and the required Mailchimp account. When I go to sign up, I either get error sign with the cursor or a message to the effect that I can’t be added to the list.
I already tried to empty the cache and that did not do the trick. I am not using any plugins that weren’t in the standard X extension package, apart from Yoast and WP Rocket. I don’t have any JS that would be likely to interfere with the mailchimp extension.
The following error keeps showing up:
“We’re sorry! Something went wrong. We were unable to add your email to the list. Please try again later.”

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Regretfully the given login and password is not working for us. Please double check it so that we can login to your WP dashboard.
For the meantime, can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 4.6.1
Cornerstone: 1.3.0
Visual Composer: 4.12You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
And if you are using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WP Rocket, WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache, Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Please let us know how it goes.
