thegreenmParticipantHi, I searched and saw another entry with this issue from a while back, but the solution they used to fix it unfortunately wasn’t accessible.
I’ve installed and configured the mailchimp extension for my contact page to allow subscribers to sign up for a mailing list, but when I test the form by entering my email address and pressing “subscribe”, I’m unable to click the button. Also, a strange no access icon appears and I also can’t right click. I tried installing the subscription form with the mailchimp code from their side and it worked fine this way.
Any thoughts on what could be going on or how to fix it? Thanks!

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If it doesn’t help, would you mind providing us with your FTP Account so we can take a closer look?

thegreenmParticipantI also use the gravity forms contact form on the same page and had it set to use ajax upon submission instead of refreshing the page. When I turned this off I got the MailChimp subscribe button to work. I think that was the only conflict. Thanks for this tip!
