    Getting the Error: We’re sorry! Something went wrong. We were unable to add your email to the list. Please try again later.

    It was working for a long time and then we were alerted that it isn’t working anymore.

    We get the following image that is attached.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Try deleting the email form and recreate it. This should resolve the issue.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back. It seems an issue with your mailchimp account. Our extension just connect the Mailchimp API with your form and as it was working fine so I guess the setup was correct. You can check your account and settings from Mailchimp dashboard and reach to their support if needed.
