lisacole1ParticipantHi
Is it ok to ask about Mailchimp here? If not no problem, just let me know 🙂 The plugin was an X addon so I’m starting here first. On http://www.glowfertility.com/emotional-support/
There is a widget with an email form connected to a Mailchimp account to get subscribers.
If you try to add your email address it just bounces you to the FAQ page. Nothing in the settings looks wrong. Any ideas appreciated.

LelyModeratorHello Lisa,
I can see the issue though I can’t find it in the source code where it is coming from. To check where the issue is coming from you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If the issue is not coming from a plugin, please also try to remove all other custom codes. Then check again after that.

RupokMemberHi there,
You can just take off for some time to check the issue just to make sure either it’s causing the issue or not.
Cheers!
