    Cornerstone plugin version: 1.2.4

    X Addon “Email Forms” with Mailchimp integration was originally working. Stopped working at some point in the last few months.
    Original problem: “Something went wrong” error upon email opt-in submission.
    Solutions tried: Registering a new API key, re-registering the old key, disabling either key, disabling all plugins except the email forms addon.
    New problem: One I removed the first Mailchimp API key no API key will register at all.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Mailchimp API Key so we can try to register and check if there’s an error

    Hi there,

    It was a temporary caching issue on your server. I have switched to another theme and disabled couple of plugins and then after refreshing, it allows me to register your MailChimp.
