Hello,
I have an email campaign on my website right now to get users to sign up for my newsletter and in return receive a downloadable guide.
The download does not work on mobile, so I wanted to have a “welcome” email sent to them, through mailchimp, with a copy of the guide so that mobile users can still get the guide.
I have hooked up mailchimp to convertplug and created a campaign in mailchimp, however I am not receiving the welcome email with the download.
Please advice, thank you.

Thanks for writing in! Can you please try configuring a SMTP plugin to send email notifications. Please follow this instructions (https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/send-emails-with-smtp.htm).
If you don’t know how to setup your own email account, please follow this resource (http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-use-smtp-server-to-send-wordpress-emails/).

Hello,
Thank you, but this didn’t work.
I have tried signing up on my website using two different emails. The convertplug is hooked up to the right campaign, which is also hooked up to my mailchimp email.
When I go into the campaigns, it says I have 0 contacts (even after testing it out with 2 of my own emails).
I also didn’t receive the welcome email that I should have from Mailchimp. I will attach a screenshot.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– Mailchimp CredentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
