    Hi!
    I have set up a Mailchimp addon on my page. API key is fine, when I try to register as a new subscriber, nothing is added to mailchimp list I have pointed to.
    Could anyone help?

    Hi Andres,

    Please confirm you have exactly the same fields on your mailchimp account list (mailchimp.com) as on your website.

    If yes and you are still facing the error, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Mail Chimp Credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Sorry, my mistake. Everything works – just the confirmation e-mails were in junk.
