    Everything has been linked up, however the mailchimp plugin on the home page is not working. Please advise.

    I will send over login details in a PVT message next…

    Hey there,

    The issue might be related to Google Maps so please try to add your API and test again (see attachment).

    Thanks.

    Not sure I understand this. Why would the mailchimp plugin be not working because of Google maps?????

    You have STILL not explained why the Google maps is interfering with the MailChimp plugin though?????

    Test it and see for yourself…

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the updates! Both Mailchimp and Google Maps is using Javascript (JS). Once there is a JS error generated by any of the active plugins, it could affect a plugin such as Mailchimp or any other plugin too. This is in relation to your question. By the way I have tested your site specifically the mailchimp form on the page. I could not replicate the issue. Your mailchimp form is working. This is my test result: http://prntscr.com/cs03ob

    Hope this helps.

    Yes it is working correctly now. It wasnt before. Thanks for explaining.

    As per your screenshot – how do we make the “thank you” message appear below the subscription boxes so it looks better?

    Please add the code below in your Appearance > Customize > Custom > Global CSS

    .x-subscribe-form .x-subscribe-form-alert-wrap {
        clear: both;
    }

    Thanks.

    Hi There,

    The previous credentials are not working any longer

    Would you mind providing new one“s so we can see what code you are using to achieve that and provide an optimized solution?

    Thanks

    Hi There,

    I have wrapped your Mailchimp CSS modifications in Appereance > Customizer > Custom > CSS in a media query:

    @media (min-width: 769px) {

    }

    And now it looks great on portrait tablets and mobiles

    Hope it helps

    Joao
