simonpurdonParticipantHi,
I’m having an issue with a mailchimp signup form on my webpage. It was previously working and has signed people up, but now when a new email tries to be added, it comes up with the error saying unable to add email.
Please advise.
Thanks,

ChristianModeratorHey Simon,
Before this happened, can you give us details of your site activity? Also, please clear all caches and deactivate all third party plugins while we investigate.
Thanks.

simonpurdonParticipantHi, I didn’t check up on the email form for a while after it was working so I don’t know at what stage it stopped, I had done a lot probably.
Okay, will do.

JoaoModeratorHi Simon,
Something looks strange here, on your WordPress it seems like your Mailchimp account has 2 lists while when accessing your mailchimp account it there is just 1. Please see img attached.
Try uninstalling the plugins and setting again your API and see how it goes.
https://community.theme.co/kb/extension-email-forms/
Once you do that confirm all the fields are the same like on:

Hope that helps,
Joao

simonpurdonParticipantThanks for the info, but still not working unfortunately.
May 18, 2016 at 11:32 am #997652
simonpurdonParticipantFixed it, finally! One question, you will see now there are three fields, is there any way to make the two name fields appear inline and then the email field below?
May 18, 2016 at 1:11 pm #997845
JadeModeratorHi there,
We could apply some custom CSS for that but as I have checked, there seems to be only one name field present on the form and the email field is right below it.

simonpurdonParticipantI think you might need to clear cache and reload because mine is showing up with three fields?
