I receive the following error when i try to add the email form i created following your email extension video.

I am trying to add the form as a widget to the sidebar using the email form adding widget.

Upon checking server setup, it seems that you’re using PHP v5.4.45. Could you please ask your hosting provider to update your PHP version to at least PHP v5.6 or later to avoid any incompatibility issues.

I have updated to the latest php version. v6.2.? now the widget is not displaying at all on my website, I have tried deleting the widget and reinstalling it on the sidebar but it doesn’t appear anywhere.
