    Hi guys, I just moved my site from testing site to live and both mail chimp sign up boxes have stopped working. I have a mail chimp sign up as a pop up (mail chimp x add on) and one in the footer. Neither are working now. They were fine before. I have checked the API key and all OK there. Please can you advise?

    I have successfully signed up on your modal and on footer.

    Can you confirm you received those subscriptions?

    I got the green confirmation message.

    It doesn’t look like it. What’s the email you used so I can try searching that way?
    Maybe it’s a cache thing for me.

    I have tested again and it seem to have worked again.

    First time I guess i sent from [email protected] or something similar.

    Now I sent from [email protected]

    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! Impressed. Did you also try the one in the footer? That’s the one that’s not working for me still.

    Hi There,

    It seems like your home page is reloading once I have set my email at the footer this time.

    Before I did got the confirming message.

    Please check if you got some subscriptions from [email protected], [email protected] [email protected]

    If you didn´t please provide us your Wp Admin Credentials in a private reply.

    Hi There M,

    Have you made any changes?

    Now I can see two fields for name and e-mail, before there was just 1 and seems to be working now.

    Did you get a subscription of [email protected] or sth similar?

    Please let us know more details.

    Hi Joao, I realised that MalChimp apparently requires the Name field. So I just added it and now it’s working OK.

    Hi There,

    Yes MailChimp requires that you have the same fields on your website and o Mailchimp otherwise it does not work.
