    X Theme version – 4.6.4
    Wordpress 4.6.1
    Plugin installed yesterday 30.12.2016

    Greetings,

    I installed mail chimp plugin yesterday.

    I tested some emails and they did’t went to the list.

    Does the list has to have some specific configuration fields – mine has first name, second name email. And a field that people suppose to write why they subscribed.

    Should it have only mail on the list I use?

    Thanks for writing in! Please go through our video walkthroughs for exact process (https://community.theme.co/kb/extension-email-forms/).

    Also make sure that cURL PHP extension is enabled on your server to function your email forms correctly. You can contact your hosting provider to enable it for you.

    The vídeo I saw and followed and still no improvement.

    I’m going to look at the cURL PHP and then if presists I let you know.
