    Hi,

    I installed the code add_filter(‘x_email_mailchimp_skip_double_opt’,’__return_true’);
    on my child themes functions.php and reloaded, cleared the cache ect. but its still not showing (skip double optin) up in the mailchimp setting. Please help.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Please refer to this post on how to implement that feature (https://theme.co/x/member/forums/topic/mailchimp-extension-single-opt-in/#post-156621).

    After adding the code mentioned above, make sure to enable Opt-In New Users under X Addons > Email Forms > General Settings as shown here (http://prntscr.com/67l63s).

    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting in.

    Looks like there is a problem in your site and it’s not loading fine. I noticed that sime files are loaded from CDN but returns 404, then there are javascript errors. Maybe you should fix these before we continue. Would it be okay if I disable your caching and CDN? Some setting may change and you must backup your site.

    i just made a complete new instal of wordpress. And its not working. Please help, I thought reinstalling everything would make it work.

    Hi there,

    Yes, not sure why it’s not working on your site. I added some change directly to the code and it’s not forcing the subscription. Our plugin is only passing data to MailChimp through API and it’s them that process them. Would you mind providing your MailChimp login credentials as well?
