    Site: http://www.spoofmillionaire.com. WordPress v.4.5.3 , X v. 4.6.0 Cornerstone Plugin v.1.3.0

    I seem to have lost my video above the masthead on my home page. I have had it in place for over a year now but somehow, in updates, it appears to have disappeared. It is still listed on the edit page and the video location in my media hasn’t changed, but it doesn’t appear to be playing. I am on the latest version of X and WordPress so I don’t know what I need to adjust to get it back. Thanks.

    Please ensure Slider Revolution is updated also. See https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/ for the version. If that doesn’t help. Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Upon Checking your Slider Video you have a transparent background selected.

    Please select one of the video background options on your Slider Editor,

    Hi Joao,

    The slider has a transparent background because it goes in front of the video. The video is listed on the home page, in the edit section (Slider Settings: Above Masthead). The slider is ‘video’ and the Optional Background Video is specified and points at the video location. That has always worked, until now.

    So I’m not sure if I’m being a bit daft but has this system changed? If so, why is it still listed? Do I somehow have to put the video into the slider, and how does that affect the still photo (Video Poster Image) listed for mobile browsers?

    We are not seeing the slider video background because the layer itself has this vimeo video as background.
