dwhladekParticipantHello,
I recently logged in, changed some settings for comments and lost my background color on firefox and chrome, however it is still colorful on IE. Please see attached for screenshots of the all white website and the original colorful website. How can I get the color back on the firefox and chrome version?Thank you,
Dustin

Prasant RaiModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in!
I tested the website on IE, Chrome and Firefox but in three browsers i am background is white. You can set the background color again from Customizer. If it does not work, please let us know and along with login details in a private reply.
Thanks.

FriechModeratorHi There,
We are from different parts of the world, sorry we can not provide you a specific IP as we do not know who’ll handle your thread next.
I did check your site and this is what I found, you hotlinked the background image from our server. Meaning you did not upload the image on your own server. We did transfer our demo pages recently so those images has a new address now, and the old address that you hotlinked does not exist anymore.
Here’s the new address of that image http://demo.theme.co/renew-7/wp-content/uploads/sites/41/2013/07/sunset1.jpg
Please download that image and upload it your media library, and set that as your Background Image on Customizer under the Layout and Design
After doing that and still the background image did not show. Please do a testing for a plugin conflict as I’m seeing a lot of JS error on your site. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope it helps, Cheers!
