Hi,
after the last update of x, i lost some of my layout again.
It’s strange because different pages with same code show different error,
ex.:
Menu/Teams/everything ok except the page KTM that looks like empy but have the same shortcode of the others pages:
KTM –
[justified_image_grid caption_field=off caption=fixed mobile_caption=fixed caption_opacity=0.8 caption_bg_color=white caption_text_color=black caption_align=left aspect_ratio=16:9 ng_album=28 ng_count=no]

Derbi – Derbi
[justified_image_grid caption_field=off caption=fixed mobile_caption=fixed caption_opacity=0.8 caption_bg_color=white caption_text_color=black caption_align=left aspect_ratio=16:9 ng_album=25 ng_count=no]

the only difference is the NG gallery number (the pages use NextGen gallery with Justified plugin), but KTM is empty all the others work fine.

Same problem for all the pages under the “Companies” menu, where some pages are empty and others show the shortcode as text.
How to fix it, any help?

Hi there,

You’re using cache plugin, please clear cache and check again.

Also there are javascript errors in your site, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi,

already deleted cache before and used differents pc and browser.

If it’s about a plugin conflict why the galleries work in the others pages is it normal?

Hi There,

Derbi and KTM seem to work exactly the same on my end.

The only difference I noticed is that on Derbi the first picture when clicked just opens one picture and does not have the option of sliding tho the next pictures, is that the issue you are experiencing?

Regarding the numbers they look exactly the same on my end.

Would you mind providing screenshots of your issue and also lettings us know which browser and device you are using while experiencing it?

Hi Joao,

now it’s working because I recreated all the shortcode, deleted the old ones and rebuild exact the same way and now they works like in all others pages.

P.s.- How to update visual composer, form inside x dashboard is not the last version

Hi There,

Happy to hear that it is okay already.

The bundled version compatible with x Theme is not the latest version. To update your VC to the version Compatible X theme, delete your VC then install VC using adds on.

Don’t forget to update your X theme and cornerstone to the latest version.
