    Hi,

    I’m optimising my site for SEO and have noticed the logo is wrapped inside an H1 tag. This is SEO suicide, so can you please provide a solution or include the fix in your next theme update so all of us with X installed can rank on Google. It really is something that needs to be done

    We have taken your feedback! This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.

    So the only way I can do is move this all to a child theme??? That is basically rebuilding the website again. Surely there is an easier way????

    Do you not understand the SEO implications of having more than 1 x H1 tag on a website (especially if the one containing the logo is duplicated site wide)???

    Can you please look at this for your next update because this theme does not fulfil basic SEO requirements

    Hello There,

    No. It is not rebuilding the entire website. We just need to override current X theme template for that part using the child theme so the changes will not overwritten on theme updates.

    You request is noted and are now forwarded to our developers.

    That doesn’t really help me now but thank you for forwarding this on to your developers. I’ll be leaving a review on themeforest for seo providers fyi
