    Hi

    I’m no expert in in coding etc so please bare with me. I want to upload my logo to my site but need to know what the standard best size for logos is.

    Also, when I have attempted to reduce the size of my logo to see if it would be the correct size it becomes heavily pixelated. The current size of my logo is 11811px x 7874px.

    I try to reduce the size in photoshop but it just pixelates the image, not sure why. Please help.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. I can’t see any logo right now so can’t check. However 11811px x 7874px for a logo doesn’t make sense at all. You can use a resolution of 450×200 or similar.

    Hi There,

    Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain of the issue. Do you need to reduce the size of your logo? Please navigate to Customizer > Header > Logo Width. The current logo has the same quality with the original image I’m not sure what do you mean not sharp, would you mind providing us some screenshot?

    Thank you, this is very much appreciated, but the maximum file size I can send is 512kb and the logo is over 8mb.

    OK, will do, thanks.

    In addition to the above problem, I have just uploaded content to the site. Everything is showing fine in Cornerstone, but when I log out of wordpress some of the data is not showiing up, specifically the feed I have in place.

    Also, how do I access the demo pages such as FAQs?
