jamiesteedmanParticipantHi,
In the X Theme on my site in – Appearance >> Customise >> Header, when I click the Logo image upload button in order to replace the site logo (there is no image there at present, just text) the button does not work. It is not responding when clicked… How would I fix this?
Things I have tried – updated to latest WordPress version, deactivated and reactivated plugins, activated 2016 theme then activated X theme again.
Thanks,
Jamie

ChristianModeratorHey Jamie,
There’s a JS error when checking the console. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If that doesn’t help, keep all third party plugins deactivated. If that could not be done, please copy your site over to a staging server so we could investigate there without affecting your live site.
Thanks.

jamiesteedmanParticipantHi there,
Thanks for helping. You have fixed my problem. I deactivated the plugins and reactivated one by one and found one that was causing the issue so I have deleted it and now the logo upload button works!
Thanks!
Jamie
