    Hey there,
    I’m working on a new site for a 21+ industry in Colorado and I was wondering if you could help me achieve what I am working on.

    Basically, if you go to any liqour store or alcohol related website, there is usually a pop up asking if you are over 21, and you have to accept to proceed.

    How could I make something like that in X? I need to have that pop up for every visitor to the page, but so it only pops up the first time, not when they navigate through the pages. Also it would need to activate if they came from an external source such as Google, and went to a landing page different than the home page.
