acritchParticipantIs there a way to link to different pages in X/Cornerstone without using the full URL in the link?
I have been developing a website for my company on a temporary domain. That domain has now been moved to a second domain and will move to a third domain prior to it fully going up. Instead of having to remember to switch all the URLs each time it is moved, is there an easier way to call just the page name?

be3designsParticipantHave you tried using something like a Search and Replace plugin?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
You can try to connect the HREF to /page-slug
Hope that helps

acritchParticipantI feel stupid now… I had originally tried that, just using /page-slug and it never worked! But now it does!
OK, next question, I have a couple of menu items that have sub-menus that jump to different parts of the page. I can easily link the top level menu items to Pages of my site, so I don’t have to worry about changing a URL, but I have sub-menus that are custom links. The only way I got those to work was to use the full URL. Any suggestions for this case?
Thanks!

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I am not sure what is the issue, would you mind posting your admin credentials and being specific about which exactly menu link you are talking about?
Thanks
Joao

NicoModeratorHi There,
I believe that you need to change the domain when you will transfer domain because as I checked your setup you are using a custom link in order to assign a link to the text. Custom links would not be able to generate auto URL or current domain.
Hope it helps.
Thank you for understanding.

acritchParticipantI understand that as I have it setup now I would need to manually change it. My question was, is there another way to create a menu with sub-menus that doesn’t require a hard-coded URL. I tried to play around with UberMenu, but it was too confusing so I disabled it. I’d prefer not to use it.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
The cleanest solution is to change manually I reccomend you to stick to that.
Thanks,
Joao
