jamcamposParticipantHi,
I’m working on this site http://www.elcolordelamemoria.com and I have an image in the top section on the home that is a lightbox to show a video upon click using. It is using the X lightbox shortcode. It appears ok in chrome and firefox, but for some reason it is not working on safari.
Is there a fix for this?
Thank you,
Jaime

Rue NelModeratorHello Jaime,
Thanks for writing in! I have inspected your site and I could not replicate the issue. The lightbox is working and I can see the video playing inside the lightbox. It is evidently showing here: http://prntscr.com/d9uj1c

jamcamposParticipantHey, thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately it didn’t work. I cleared all data and using private browsing and it is still showing the “?” box. I’m glad to see it works on your website but you can see the error on my screen.
I will check on other computers and will get back at you if the error persists.
Thanks,
Jaime

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! The question mark indicates that the image doesn’t exist. Since it works in other browsers, I went ahead and did some further investigation. It turns out that there is a special character in the image filename, http://elcolordelamemoria.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/el-color-de-la-memoria-presentación-video.png. Please rename the image filename by using only alphanumeric characters and re upload the image. You may need to re insert that image again.
Hope this make sense.
