DCIJeffParticipantHi,
I’m having a problem activating a license.
I deactivated the license a while ago and am trying to reactivate it now.
The site doesn’t appear to have known it was unlicensed, and won’t let me enter the new license code to allow updates of cornerstone and some plugins. This is a project that is becoming active again after being on hold for a year or so, and I would like to update everything before I begin working on it again.
Let me know what additional info you need and I’ll be happy to provide it so I can get this issue sorted out. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide,

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Most probably your X theme or Cornerstone may be outdated. Please check the latest version numbers here (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/). You need to have latest versions to function our validation process correctly.
Also check the following guide here (https://community.theme.co/kb/connection-issues/).
Let us know how it goes.

DCIJeffParticipantHi,
Yes, X theme and Cornerstone are both out of date, along with Revolution Slider.
I can’t get any of them to update either auromatically, with the “force” URL in the help documentation, or by attempting a manual uipdate within WordPress.
Please see the screen snaps. Do I need to remove and reinstall X completely to fix this? Thanks again for your help,

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Yes, in that case you will need to update manually for once and then you can validate your X theme (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/). If cornerstone also outdated, you can simply delete Cornerstone folder which is under (/wp-content/plugins/) and then re-visit X Addons section within your WordPress back-end to install the latest version automatically.
Hope that helps.

I ended up doing a manual update and was able to enter my license code after that.
