jetlagParticipantHi, I’m trying to validate my license on bonbini.guide, having entered the domain with and without http://, I keep getting the message that my code is already assigned. How can I fix this?

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Your site is under construction mode. Please make sure that you’re fully updated (X theme & Cornerstone) to correctly function the validation process.
If you’re still having issues, please provide us with the following details to check your issue.
– Link to your site
– Your license key (purchase code)
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

JoaoModeratorHi There
Please try the following steps:
1] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
2] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
3] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Let us know how it goes
Thanks,
Joao

jetlagParticipantHi there,
No luck, have assigned it to https://bonbini.guide/, which is also the Site URL. With our without www doesn’t make a difference either.

JadeModeratorHi there,
I see this is a multisite installation. Are you the network administrator? To validate X on multisite, it needs to be running on the primary site, and that domain would be used for validation.

jetlagParticipantHi,
Yes I’m the network admin. It’s not the primary site at the moment. Are there any implications making it the primary site? Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Yes, the validation should be done through primary site’s domain. It will not validate on the site that has a different name than your main site.
Thanks!

iamcoopParticipantHaving this same issue; tried every variation of my web address, https://www.iamcoop.org/ that I could think of.
Checked and I don’t think I’m multi-site (used to be; and i tried that master URL and it didn’t work; I’ve contacted my web-host about it in addition- used to share space, I think, with his URL, https://broadrippleunlimited.com/)
