    I have two licenses for X theme, one that is properly installed on a site and validated, and one where it is not accepting the validation, stating “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

    It should be in my License manager, however it’s not showing up (screenshot attached).

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have the separate Item purchase codes.

    Hi Rubin,

    This person is my website developer. I purchased the theme through my envato market account, that’s how I had access to the purchase code. How would I get it set up properly under my account?

    Hey There,

    The person owning the email will need to email us letting us know to delete their account then you can use the purchase code to add it to your own one.

    Delete their entire account, or just remove the code from their account?

    If they have more than 1 purchase code we can also just remove the purchase code.

    It’s the only code in his account.

    Then we would need to delete his account in order to move the license. Is that alright with you?

    Hey There,

    The license is now freed up and you can use it to add to an existing account.
