Can I sell someone one of the licence I bought? I’m wondering simply if this is doable.

One of the site I build using your theme now has a new webmaster. But since technically it is this account that bought it would he need to enter my account to ask you questions or can I just sell him the licence and he opens his own account..

Yes, you can sell the license. You could request the purchase code to be released and transfer it to a new account for your customer or client. You could share the code here in private reply.
