Archive / license randomly unverified theme no longer works soon after update

    Hi,

    I logged on to make some changes to my website today and it randomly crashed for a bit and then the xtheme disappeared and the verification code seems to no longer be valid.

    my website is eightelementsconsultinggroup.com
    the version of word press is 4.6
    x version is 4.6.2
    im assuming the version of cornerstone is the newest since i updated the x theme

    where do we go from here? thanks for your support.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi Prasant,

    I ended up going home and reloading some backed up files through my ftp and it fixed the problem,
