I have 2 sites on a multi site setup where one is the main domain and the other is a subdomain but has it’s own domain using a plugin.

I’ve authenticated the main domain one fine and it’s been running X for a while now @ northstarfamily.org but when I go to authenticate the other site I get:

“Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

It’s set as pulaski.northstarfamily.org for the back-end admin but northstarpulaski.org is the domain it uses for front-end. I’ve tried both and get that error every time. The 2 X licenses are on different ThemeCo accounts if that matters and I’m writing from the license I’m trying to use on pulaski.northstarfamily.org.

Thanks for writing in.

You can only use one purchase code in the single installation, even if it’s multi-site, it still single installation (same files).

Try validating your second domain with same purchase code of first domain. But keep in mind that validating it in multi-site has no added benefit, validation is just to enable automatic updates. And updating a single site will also update another site’s files since it’s the same installation.

But you still need to keep the license for each of your site, validation is different thing.
