parco400ParticipantHi folks,
My license isn’t working on a new site. I’d used it on this site, then my employer wanted to do a different site, etc. Anyways, we want to use it on the original siteābut now it doesn’t work!

JoaoModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in!
Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Hope this helps.

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for the credentials, I see you have an older version of X (v4.1.1) on a latest WordPress (v4.6). This version of X does not have the current validation field, and since you can not validate the site you don’t get the automatic update. In this case we need to update your X|theme manually.
Please follow the MANUAL X UPDATE VIA FTP guide provide here: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
Make sure to update the Cornerstone as well. And clear any caching plugin/feature your site might have after the update.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers!

parco400ParticipantOK, got that running, but it says that the license is still in use. Any ideas?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Navigate to your Manage Licenses page here: https://community.theme.co/my-account/ and
un-assign/remove the URL that is associated with your license key. Then go back to your admin dashboard > Addons panel and try to validate the site again.
Hope it helps, Cheers!

parco400ParticipantSo, I’ve tried it with http://www.parco400.com, http://parco400.com, parco400.com, and http://www.parco400.com. None work. This is getting frustrating, folks.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I am another staff checking on this thread. Using a test license, I have successfully validated your site. Please check it out.

And since this is just a test license, it will be revoke within 24 hours. I would like you to do these following again;
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
