therockwellprojectParticipantHi there
I’ve registered my domain on my account at this end, but in my WP-admin it doesn’t accept my code? Is this still just a delay in the envato API for registrations? Let me know if you would like an admin login to the site to check.
Thanks

therockwellprojectParticipantHi there, This knowledge base article doesn’t help me.
I am not getting an SSL error. I have provided a screenshot of the error message in my original post, my product key and a login, in private replies. I would really appreciate if someone could take the time to help me here.

therockwellprojectParticipantThanks My License is verified now but the Spa demo content is not installing.
I installed Grub okay but after deleting as much of that content as I could manually AND clearing cache as per the troubleshooting article it still says failed to import demo.Im not sure where to go from here to install the Spa demo content. My site access login is included in a private message further up. Please can someone take a quick look. Thank you

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Please try contacting your webhost. Here is a form letter you may use:
Hello [provider], My WordPress installation is having a hard time making outbound HTTP requests. I’m using X theme and it makes a request to theme.co for setting up automatic updates. Here is the error message I’m receiving: [screenshot, or copy/paste the verbose error message (see above regarding the &x-verbose flag)] Could you please do the following? – Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co – Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. – Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates. – Check into the error message above. Please advise on anything you discover. Thank you. Thanks
Joao

therockwellprojectParticipantI installed cURL to get the license to verify already. What are the terminal commands so I can check these myself?

ChristianModeratorSorry but we do not have a list of commands for that. Please contact your hosting provider.
Thanks.
