I paste the license key and it goes inactive after a few minutes. Everything is happy after I submit it then it inactivates itself. We need help with this right away. The only thing difference with this license is I did have a development key associated with it for a dev site we are working on. I have since removed the Dev license but our production license still goes inactive. We are dead in the water and need help as soon as possible. Site at www2.idramp.com. All versions current

Please don’t leave me hanging here. We really need to move forward. I’m going to buy another license so I can get this going and we will have to work it out in customer service with a refund or something. I simply cant wait for someone to give this attention. I purchased this theme because of the raving reviews about support. Please don’t let me down.

    Hey There,

I tried to log in and validate the site for you but the login credentials are incorrect. When you go to: https://community.theme.co/users/mvesey/licenses/ you can see that no purchase codes are associated with your site so that’s the first thing you need to fix. As soon as I got the login credentials of the site you want validated I can do all the steps for you.

That’s because I had to buy a new license as I couldn’t wait for a response. The code that is currently not associated is the one that was giving me trouble when assigned to the same URL as the third license in our account. so far no issues with the new license key. Can you revoke and reissue the problem key?
I revoked the account I created for you but can recreate if you still want to look at it?

You can recreate if you still need our assistance.

    Hey There,

    Thanks for the credentials.

You can follow Product Validation guidelines for more help regarding this issue.

    https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

You can un-assign your code and can reassign it back anytime you want.

    Hope this helps!

I have done that no fewer than 20 times over the last two weeks. Why is this so hard? Read the history please.
I have even purchased a brand-new license thinking that would resolve it and we are still in the same boat. I have to get this figured out or switch to a different theme.
Login and reapply it for yourself and then wait a few minutes and see if it deactivates like it has for us continually. I really need help here.

    Hey There,

We will take a deeper look at this for you including our lead developer as this is something uncommon and rare. We have thousands of validated sites and never experienced this so it might be hosting related. I’ll report back.
