    Just bought the X license from EnvatoMarket and can’t validate the code in the X theme.
    I have used the item purchase code found in the txt file, that didn’t work but looking at all the documents it should. Next thing i did was created an theme.co account and under my account i clicked manage licenses and assigned the license to my site. The “Envato Purchase Code” worked on the theme.co site. I know the code i am using is right it just doesnt work.
    But still when i try and validate the theme in wordpress i get the error…
    “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. ”
    Help.

    Dont worry now fixed.
    Solved by installing the below on the webserver:
    sudo apt-get install php-curl
    sudo service apache2 restart

    Yes, you need to have cURL installed on your server. Glad you were able to figure it out and thanks for sharing your solution with other members.
