    My licence isn’t being recognise, however envato has charged me.

    Thanks for posting in and we’re sorry you’re having this issue.

    Please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Just to clarify, the purchase code is not working? When you go to Addons > Homepage : on the bottom > Click Manage licences, you can see attached screenshot. Then when you click Verify New Purchase and enter Purchase code it is not working or being recognize? If this is the case, could you give us the error you were having and then your purchase code on a private reply so we can check?
