w.christiaensParticipantHi,
I’ve just installed the E&P form builder and the plugin requires verification of the licence key. The standard envato product key doesn’t work. What to do?

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
This plugin comes bundled in X and it works without license as long as x is active.
Do you have any issues using this plugin?Hope it helps.

w.christiaensParticipantNot yet, but before I start building my forms I want to make sure that i can use all functionality and that keeps working also when the pages go live.
Still strange that it keeps asking for the verification. Is this normal?

RahulModeratorHey There,
Since the plugin is bundled with X-theme, it doesn’t require any code to be entered to validate it. Once you install the plugin, it will automatically be validated and you are free to use it.
For premium support for this particular plugin, you need to buy it additionally.
Hope this clarifies it.
Thanks for understanding!

w.christiaensParticipantThat is the problem. I’ve installed the plugin but it doesn’t automatically validate, while it should. So the plugin keeps bugging me for the verification code every time I open it.
The PDF conversion of the plugin also doesn’t work. I receive the emails wiht PDF but cannot open the file (in preview I see the conversion error msg). Perhaps this has to do with the pending verification?
Kindly help, also with the verification issue

RupokMemberHi Willem,
I have checked and the plugin is activated as I can see – http://prntscr.com/da2k5o
You don’t need any other activation to use this with X.
Hope this makes sense.

JackKeymasterHi there,
Thanks for writing back!
You’re on X 4.6.0, please update to the latest X 4.6.4 for the extension to work correctly, as there is dedicated integration code within X for the plugin to work.
Once you’ve upgraded the current version of X everything should work correctly, including the PDF. If you still have any trouble after upgrading, please let us know. We’re here to help.
Thanks!

w.christiaensParticipantAfter the upgrade the E&P is indeed not buggin me for an licence key! Slider revolution is asking for activation now but it seems to work fine.
The PDF conversion still doesn’t work. Also the submisson is very slow (>2 min). Perhaps the two problems are correlated?!
Thanks for your help!

RupokMemberHi Willem,
Let me explain about the activation thing again. Revolution Slider is an Integrated Plugin of X. You don’t need to activate it to use with X and there is no license key provided for integrated plugins. However if you want the premium features (premium slides, support from themepunch) then you need to purchase a separate license from CodeCanyon.
So if you are referring this – http://prntscr.com/daw5m1 then ignore this as it’s for the premium features that I mentioned.
But as you can see, you should increase your memory as system requirements. You can try connecting to your root WordPress directory via FTP and open the file wp-config.php and add following at the bottom:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );Note that if your host limit the memory on server then it might not work. In that case ask your hosting provider to increase PHP memory limit.
You can find more information on http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
And regarding the PDF conversion, it’s not related with the license. You can open a new thread to keep it simple and explain what’s happening.
Hope this makes sense.
