brett kramerParticipantHi
I’m having issues trying to make a slider look the way I want it. I can make the layout work outside of a slider, but as soon as I try add the HTML to slides the layout gets distorted. I tried Layer slider and Slider revolution, but the closest I can get is using the build in slider with visual Composer. The site is in maintenance mode so I will send the details in a private post following this.July 15, 2016 at 9:52 am #1088587

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for posting in.
Slider works per layer as element, hence, multiple elements in one layer (eg. HTML structure) may not respond correctly. Would you mind providing a mockup design of how it should be? For the meantime, please add each of your element as layer.
Thanks!

brett kramerParticipantHi
I sent you the details in a private post. The mockup of how it should look is at the top of the page (need to be logged in to see) and the attempted slider is at the bottom of the page. It’s mainly just the borders that won’t align and sometimes overlap.July 16, 2016 at 6:45 am #1089762
LelyModeratorHi There,
This is what I am seeing when I visit the slider at the bottom of your homepage:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDiDX5iAcP. The structure is the same with the content on top. Can you clarify which border is not aligned and overlap?

brett kramerParticipantAlso, is there a way to make all of the slides the same height as the tallest one?

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please add following code in Customize -> Custom -> CSS :
li.x-slide,.monthly-cbd { height: 570px !important; overflow: hidden; }Hope that helps.

brett kramerParticipantOk thanks, when the slides change I’ll just have to adjust the height manually again. I think I got the layout to work for now. Thanks!

brett kramerParticipantDid you make any changes on the website? It looks like a bunch of styles from the x-child stylesheet aren’t functioning properly any more.

brett kramerParticipantSorry, my bad. I found the problem…
