Hello!

I am using LayerSlider version 5.6.4 and I have three slides. I have added the text to the slides, however only the first line of the slide is showing up. All lines show up in preview, but not on the website. A screenshot is below of preview versus final page.

I am using X Theme version 4.4.2, WordPress version 4.5.2 and Cornerstone version 1.2.4. The URL for the page is http://www.cstarr.org/. This site is under construction right now, so you may not be able to view the page.

Hi there,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Is there any way to save the slides I did or will I just have to redo them?

How do I clear cache?

Hi There once you open Layerslider you can click Import / Export and choose to export your slider, you can do the same to import them.

Please check img attached.

Cleaning cache process depends on which browser you are using. Here are some links:

Please clean cache before re-installing the plugin.

Let´s try improving your PHP memory, maybe that helps, if it doesn´t, it will help the overall performance of your website and we will keep looking for the solution 🙂

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );
You can add it before the line

Also, and I’m not sure if this is useful, but I changed the font family in the LayerSlider, and that showed up on my site. So I’m not sure if it’s something about the text box?

Joao, I figured it out!

For anyone else having this issue, the text needs to be entered under ‘HTML/Video/Audio’ and not ‘Text.”

Also, shift text to the next line with “<br />” and not “

.” “

” showed up correctly for me in the preview, but on my site each line was indented more and more.
