andreatqParticipantDear all,
I just updated the Revolution slider plugin.
This caused quite some issues with my sliders. Since I use them heavily and have a deadline this Satturday (Dec. 10th) I need some help urgently.
1) Some of the layers just show up and then disappear. It is not always the same layer, but it seems as if they got chosen randomly. It might be one or more layers that disappear.
2) I created a new slider and importet some of the layers from old sliders. This has resulted in accessing the slide editor to take ages and once I can view it, I see strange numbers on the slide and I cannot be viewed in the pre-view. It is just empty. My X version is 4.6.4
My Rev-slider version is 5.3.0.2Please, I need a solution quickly!
Thanks a lot,
Andrea

JadeModeratorHi Andrea,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.

andreatqParticipantDear Jade,
Thanks a lot for your quick reply!
I just downgraded Revolution Slider back to 5.1.5.
Need to get things done…
As soon as I have a bit less pressure, I will re-try the update and get back to you if it still does not work.Best wishes,
Andrea
