    Hello,

    After adding my Homepage slider to the masthead – the animation is not working, only the final image appears. It would be a lot nicer if it loaded in the way that I had set it.

    Can you please direct me in where I am going wrong with this?

    http://www.ht-gaming.com is the website. You will see the layerslider on the homepage at the very start.

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi Phil,

    Thanks for updating! Unfortunately your given credentials not working. Please double check the username and password and update us with correct credentials.

    However your slider seems responsive to me and I am attaching a mobile view on my end. Let’s check and clarify what’s not responsive you think.

    Hi Phil,

    Kindly try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

    I tested for a plugin conflict and it didn’t work with all the third party plugins disabled.

    Hi Phil,

    The animation/effect is working, it’s just that it’s fast. The animation start and finished just even before the images are loaded. Try changing the duration and speed.
