JoaoModeratorHi Stephanie,
Restoring corrupted files usually is not an easy thing.
The best would be to re-export them from the original source.
Would that be an option?
Let us know,
Thanks

Toy49ParticipantHi,
Thank you so much for your help.
I had a PHP error on my website, which I guess caused the corruption of the sliders I exported.
Also my images on my sliders were too heavy.I had to send the sliders to the software editor, to allow them to repair the files.
It’s the first kind of bug experienced.
Everything seems to be back into place at the moment.Thank you for your help, you are here, answering and working on our questions, and this is a great advantage choosing the X Theme, and it shows professionnalism and very good service quality.
Kindest regards,
Stephanie.
