ChristianModeratorHey Stephanie,
Would you mind deactivating all your third party plugins while we’re investigating? If that is not possible, please copy your site over to a staging server so we could investigate there without third party plugins and scripts.
Thanks.

Toy49ParticipantHi there,
thank you very much. I still cannot import my sliders, could you help me to put them back into the website, please ?
I cannot attach them here, it’s too heavy.
I really need to import my sliders.
Thank you very much in advance. And can’t wait for a fix for this bug to exist. ^_^
Best regards.

RadModeratorHi there,
What slider you’re trying to import? You can upload it to dropbox or any file hosting service and provide the URL here. I like to test the import too.
Please provide the original file, if it’s zip package then make sure to provide the original zip file and not the manually compressed file (that is if you’re on Mac).
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
The zip files are corrupted that’s why import is not working. The one that needs fixing is the source of the exported slider.
I tried the import for the non-corrupted zip file and it works. You’ll see three sliders there now, you can delete them later after checking.
Where do you get your zip file?
Thanks.
