Liz WendelParticipantSince the latest X theme update, nothing shows up on my category pages for Woocommerce, unless I select another language.
English: (nothing showing) http://kocher-beck.com/product-category/tooling-technology/envelope-tooling/
German: (and all other languages work fine) http://kocher-beck.com/produkt-kategorie/toolingtechnologie/briefumschlagtechnik/?lang=de
(WPML is installed, and they have troubleshooted this issue, but it seems to be a theme issue). English is my default language, and nothing shows up in English, but category pages in ALL other languages show up just fine. If I switch the default language to German, for example, the German category pages no longer show up.
Please let me know if you can help.
Thanks,

Nabeel AModeratorHi Liz,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins including WooCommerce)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Try disabling your Child Theme and activate the parent theme, it looks like there are some Customization in your Child Theme that is producing an error on the site.
Let us know how this goes!

Liz WendelParticipantYes, everything is up to date. Actually, I reverted back to the 4.1.0 version of X theme and everything works fine. Then I tried updating and it’s broken again. So it’s definitely the x-theme, and not the customizations in the child theme, that didn’t change after the update. All of that still works fine.
Thank you,

RupokMemberHi Liz,
Kindly use the compatible version for now for live site. We’ll try to find out if something wrong there. We didn’t hear something like this yet from any user. If you have staging server and face same issue there, kindly provide us the credentials for that so we can investigate.
Cheers!

Liz WendelParticipantThank you. I think I have narrowed it down to this directory: x/framework/functions/
Not sure which file, but I re-uploaded that folder and everything is working fine, and still on the latest theme. I do not have a staging server for this site, but I do have all the files uploaded to a Google Drive folder if you’d like to take a look. Let me know if you want the link.
Thanks,
